August 2023

It's late summer, and she's enjoying a relaxed, off-duty vibe, but is starting to think about fall fashion. Her wardrobe revitalization includes feminine tops and dresses in rich textural prints and slubby, comfortable knits. The color palette for these knits features stone-baked neutrals, vibrant pinks, and malachite green, contrasting with fatigue tones, earth, indigo, and ocean blues. She's also updating her look with new washes and authentic details on denim.

August Casual Prints

These August summer casual prints draw upon a theory of natural inspiration and artisanal craftsmanship. They predominantly feature nature-inspired motifs like delicate florals and organic abstractions, evoking the lushness of summer. A strong influence of indigo and resist-dyeing aesthetics (like Shibori and Kantha-style stitching) lends an authentic, handcrafted feel. The calming, earthy color palette of deep greens and blues, often with subtle contrasting accents, reinforces their casual, versatile nature, making them ideal for relaxed summer wear that connects with both nature and traditional textile artistry.
